A clinic appears in the directory only if it provides care legally where it works. We check every entry before it is published and again at regular intervals.
Every verified legal provider can appear with basic facts taken from official health registries, public authority lists or the clinic's own website: name, city, official website, methods and the source and date of verification. This basic listing exists for patient safety, so the directory stays complete, and it is not a paid product.
A clinic that claims its profile passes a license or registration check against the official register of its country or state. It can then add and update methods, week limits, price ranges, languages, opening hours, accessibility and how to book.
We compare listings with their sources regularly. A listing that can no longer be confirmed is removed until it is verified again. A clinic that does not provide care legally is never listed.

Featured clinics have a paid plan that places them higher in the directory and on the pages of their country, state and city. Every featured listing is clearly marked Featured. A plan never changes the legal information on any page, never changes the order of jurisdictions in a checker result and is never a recommendation of medical quality.
This badge means the clinic states that it accepts patients from other countries and has added a travel information block: documents usually requested, languages spoken, cost for non-residents and how to book from abroad.
